Gaiscioch Launch Party Oct. 7th!
Become one of the First Gaiscioch to join the community officially in Aion 2 on October 7th at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET during our Official Launch Party! We will be forming up, getting invited, and setting off on adventures together. We will be gathering in the Red Lobby in Discord and then breaking off into individual groups as we form up for some fun.

Why Yustiel?
Yustiel, Aion’s Lady of Life, represents compassion, healing, and the belief that every life has value. Gentle yet deeply committed to protecting others, she regards the lives of friends and enemies alike as precious. She mourns the division of Atreia and longs for the world to be whole again—a hope that makes her a fitting symbol for a community built around bringing people together.
For the Gaiscioch Community, choosing Yustiel (NA East) as our home in Aion 2 reflects the spirit we bring to every adventure: welcoming newcomers, standing beside our friends, and protecting those who need a helping hand. We love the thrill of battle, but the friendships we build give those battles meaning. As we take flight with the Elyos, Yustiel offers a fitting banner for our next chapter—one rooted in fellowship, shared adventure, and the strength of a community that looks after its own.
Why Elyos
In Aion, we left the decision up to a poll to decide which faction we would play. It was a close split, and we ended up going Asmodian. This, however, made those who voted for Elyos leave the community and do their own thing. This was one of those moments in leadership when you learn that the bane of democracy is division. This hurt our community tremendously, and in the end the adventure would shutter just a couple of months after launching.
This time, I’m doing it the Gaiscioch way, where I simply decide where we’re going and if people want to come along, they're welcome to. No animosity, no scorn, no hurt feelings, no division. This way has helped make every game we’ve launched a bit smoother. We learned from that lesson and have evolved from it.
We spent a lot of time on the Asmodian side over the months we played there and want to explore the other side this time. So we figured, let’s look on the bright side and see where things go.
Everyone is welcome to join us if they like, and if not, we wish them many fun adventures wherever they end up. We’ll always have a door open for them if they need some friends to play with.
